After an incredible nine-year journey with Dohty Family, reggae entertainer DJ Yamikani Crystal Zul, popularly known as DJ Crystal, has officially announced her exit from the Kris Darlin-led collective.
Sharing her exit in an Instagram post, DJ Crystal expressed deep gratitude to Kriss Darlin for the opportunity, crediting the platform for her growth as both an artist and as a person.
“I want to start by thanking Kriss Darlin for the opportunity to be part of this platform…over this time has been immense and I’m grateful for the doors that were opened for me,” DJ Crystal said.
She also thanked her fellow DJs and MCs for their collaboration and camaraderie, acknowledging the energy they shared on and off the decks.
DJ Crystal thanked her fans for the unwavering support they shown her throughout her work.
“Thank you for the love, the energy and the unwavering support you’ve shown me every step of the way…this next chapter is as much yours as it is mine,” she said.
Still yet reveal her next move; DJ Crystal has assured her supporters that this is not a goodbye but rather the beginning of something new.
Fans were left worried about her next move but wished her the best, as others said the reggae won’t to be the same without her.
