Dagoretti North has emerged as one of the most improved constituencies in absorption and usage of Constituency Development Funds.
The constituency under the leadership of Beatrice Elachi has recorded significant growth in terms of school infrastructure according to a survey and analysis conducted by a multi-agency team of Nairobi based journalists and young accountants.
The analysis shows the constituency focused more on key infrastructure improvements, educational development, and community empowerment initiatives.
Other constituencies with improved performance include Embakasi East,Westlands,Roysambu and Kamkunji.
In Dagoreti, specific investments in schools like Lavington Girls Secondary School,Gatina Primary,Kawangware Primary and distribution of bursary funds stood high as key winning points for Beatrice Elachi.
A new 600-capacity multipurpose hall at Lavington Girl has been done and a new 45-student capacity science laboratory constructed and equipped at Gatina Primary School. Additionally, a new tuition block at Gatina Junior Secondary School was opened to boost enrollment, a project assessed by President William Ruto and other officials in March 2025.
On road maintenance,there has been regular and routine maintenance on various roads, including the Nairobi-Gathiru Road Section 1, aimed at improving accessibility for residents and traders.
The Dagoreti Sports Development programme has also been a major factor where football teams participated with full support from the NG-CDF.
