Kenyan rapper and social media personality Diana Bahati has set the internet ablaze with her latest song release, BIBI YA TAJIRI. The music video, released recently, features a bold scene where Diana tears apart a photo of Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz causing reactions from fans and other celebrities.
Among the first to respond was her own husband Bahati, who took to the comment section to vent his mixed feelings. In a playful but telling post, Bahati wrote:”Wewe sasa utanikosanisha na marafiki zangu ????? Hauwezi imba bila kutaja watu???”
His comment had fans laughing and speculating if Bahati was actually concerned about the online stunt.
Diana, who has been making claims as Kenya’s most fearless female artist, released the video with confident lyrics claiming her superiority:”Mimi ndio mkubwa na wanao; wachana na Simba, mi ndio mama lao.”
The one line, a jab at Diamond Platnumz who is known as “Simba,” caused buzz online, with fans wondering if it was a diss against the Tanzanian music maker or part of her artistry.
