President William Ruto has expressed his heartfelt condolences to Public Health Principal Secretary Mary Muthoni following the death of her father, Phillip Ngari.
In a statement, the President extended his sympathies to PS Muthoni and her family during this difficult time, offering prayers and support as they mourn their loss.
