President William Ruto on Tuesday announced that Kenya Kwanza administration is ready to enhance ties with the European Union.
Ruto describe the block as Kenya’s largest export destination of goods and as a key development partner for economic growth.
Ruto said this after meeting with European Union Ambassador to Kenya Henriette Geiger at State House.

“Our goal is to expand global markets for our farmers, entrepreneurs and industries, increasing earnings, creating jobs and delivering tangible economic and social gains for Kenyans,” he said.
He said the government is keen on ensuring that farmers , entrepreneurs, and local industries benefits from the regional markets.
