Kila mtu ana jukumu lake na jukumu letu ni kuleta nchi pamoja,” he said.

On Ichung’wah, the Speaker praised him as a leader who accommodates everyone without compromising on what is right. He lauded his ability to listen, stay true to his word, and stand firm on principles.

Wetang’ula further remembered the late Mzee Ngugi as a patriotic man whose wisdom and service to the community touched many lives.
