The Kardashians have made a bold statement and unexpected twist, stating their show will premiered on Hulu as a reality show using AI.
The episode, which debuted on October 8, began with an individual introduction to each of the family members from a fabulous international destination, starting with Kris Jenner sipping a martini on yacht in St. Tropez, Kourtney Kardashian, followed by husband Travis Barker, and then Khloe Kardashian.
In Season 8, titled “New Chapter,” it reads, “This season is all about love, reinvention and what comes next.” The real family entered after the AI sequence, playfully challenging their digital clones and reclaiming the narrative.
The Kardashians is a Hulu original that most of the world now watches through Disney+, while American viewers split between Hulu and the Hulu section inside Disney+ for bundle subscribers.
Hulu has not confirmed the season’s episode count; each of the first seven seasons ran ten episodes. The series is unscripted and will continue keeping up with the Kardashians.
