Kenya Railways has introduced a new Premium class coach that will charge Ksh12,000 for one way and Sh20,000 for a two-way trip between Nairobi and Mombasa.
The Standard Gauge Railway introduced reclining seats that double as beds for passenger in the Premium class coach ,providing passengers with a lavish and comfortable experience.
“Fully Reclining seats for your comfort and relaxation. KR Premium is set to redefine luxury travel with exclusive amenities and top-notch comfort,” Kenya Railways stated.
The seats are well-padded in high-quality material, with a combination of leather and fabric. It has a headrest and enough cushioning, providing passengers with comfort for long journeys.
