The following day, he will visit West Pokot, where 4,660 title deeds are scheduled for issuance in Sigor, with a further 6,833 planned for areas around Kapenguria.
The President is also expected to launch and inspect several roads aimed at improving transport and connecting residents to markets and other essential services.
In West Pokot, the projects include the Konyao-Kiwawa-Alale road and the Kapsait-Kapsangar-Tapach-Sondany road.
In Trans Nzoia, Ruto is scheduled to launch the Kiminini-Mitoto-Ndalu-Brigadier road and inspect the Kiminini Modern Market.
The tour will also feature affordable housing projects and new markets in different parts of the region.

The development tour will culminate in the national Mashujaa Day celebrations at Kipchoge Keino Stadium in Eldoret on Tuesday, October 20.
The government has identified roads, land ownership, markets, housing, healthcare and electricity connectivity among the key areas targeted during the visit.
The projects form part of the administration’s development agenda, with the tour providing an opportunity to assess ongoing works and launch new facilities across the six counties.
