The family of slain lawyer Mathew Kyalo Mbobu has announced his funeral arrangements and the burial date.
In an obituary seen by TUKIO.co.ke, the lawyer’s funeral service will be held at St. John’s The Evangelist, Lang’ata South Road- Karen on Tuesday, September 16.
Mbobu will then be interred on Wednesday, September 17, in a private family function.
The lawyer was gunned down along Magadi Road in Nairobi on Tuesday, September 9, while heading home by a yet-to-be-identified assailant on a motorbike.
According to an autopsy report released on Thursday, September 11, by Chief Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor, the lawyer was shot at close range eight times. He succumbed to overbleeding.
