Over ten Members of Kisumu County Assembly,County ODM leadership and the party’s grassroot leadership have endorsed Kisumu Deputy Governor as their Gubernatorial candidate.
Led by MCA’s Seth Okumu,Zack Okoyo ,Tom Onditi & Habil Nyasuna among others they vowed to do the much they can to make Dr Owili Governor come 2027.
"By endorsing Dr.Owili we are fulfilling the late Raila Odinga's wish while he was still alive that he becomes the Governor"said Okumu who spoke on their behalf.Kisumu County ODM Vice Chairman Seth Adui Kanga said that they are strengthening the party’s grassroots structure to ensure Dr.Owili’s victory .
“We are developing a roadmap for the 2027;General Elections focussing on the victory of Dr.Owili”he added.
They spoke during a forum which brought together party mobilizers and County leadership .
