The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has announced a fuel price adjustment effective midnight Saturday.
The price of Super Petrol has increased by Ksh 2.69 per litre, while Diesel and Kerosene have dropped by Ksh 1.95 and Ksh 2.06 per litre respectively.
EPRA noted that the revised prices include the 16% VAT in line with the Finance Act 2023, the Tax Laws (Amendment) Act 2024, and inflation-adjusted excise duties under Legal Notice No. 194 of 2020.
In Nairobi, the new pump prices for the next 30 days are: Super Petrol Ksh 177.32, Diesel Ksh 162.91 and Kerosene Ksh 146.93.
