Co-operative Bank of Kenya has expanded its premium banking network with the opening of the Kisumu Milimani Executive Plus Centre, targeting the growing high-net-worth segment in the lakeside region.
In a statement shared on its social media platforms, the bank said the new centre, located along Nehru Road in Milimani, is part of its broader strategy to deepen market penetration in key urban centres while enhancing service delivery for affluent customers.
“Co-operative Bank of Kenya today officially opened the Kisumu Milimani Executive Plus Center,”the bank said in a statement.
The lender noted that demand for personalised and high-touch banking services has been rising in Kisumu, driven by regional economic activity and an expanding professional and business class.
According to the bank, the Executive Plus Centre is expected to strengthen customer retention and drive growth in deposits, investment products, and private banking services within the Nyanza region.
The opening adds to Co-operative Bank’s ongoing channel expansion programme aimed at optimising customer experience while supporting long-term business growth.
