Popular Kenyan influencer Baba Talisha has opened up to his fans and followers about his daughter, Talisha’s health journey. In a moving emotional post on Facebook Baba Talisha shared that his daughter has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD Level 2), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD – Combined Type), and Dyslexia. The news has come as a huge blow to Baba Talisha’s fans and followers.
“It shook me. I won’t lie. I cried. I questioned. I broke down,” Baba Talisha admitted in the long post.
Baba Talisha who has watched his daughter fight since she had a traumatic brain injury five years ago, revealed that the initial grief made her stronger. “This diagnosis doesn’t define her. It explains her,” he wrote. “It helps us understand the battles she’s been silently fighting every single day.”
Talisha will now be re-enrolled in occupational and speech therapy, receive educational support, and be placed under prescribed medication to support her daily functioning. Far from a defeat, this moment marks a new beginning—one filled with answers, tools, and renewed hope.
“To everyone who has stood with Talisha since her first steps back into life—this is another chapter. A different one, yes. But full of the same faith, love, and fight,” he assured.
