Safaricom has launched a tech-focused, experiential outlet at BBS Mall in Eastleigh, Nairobi, aimed at better serving its business customers.
The outlet, designed to cater to over 500 customers daily, features zones for M-PESA, enterprise services, tech and gaming, customer care, and business meetings.
It also includes soundproof meeting booths, a Tech Bar for aftersales support, and dedicated brand ambassadors for device guidance.
CEO Peter Ndegwa emphasized the focus on integrated, customer-centric solutions, while Chief Enterprise Business Officer Cynthia Karuri-Kropac highlighted the aim to meet the diverse needs of the business community.
“Our strategy is to serve all customer segments at a single touchpoint by offering integrated solutions.The importance of having one space to support super agents, address dealer issues, and provide essential services to walk-in customers.” Safaricom CEO Peter Ndegwa stated
This launch is part of Safaricom’s retail expansion strategy, complementing its existing network of shops and M-PESA agents.
