President William Ruto has publicly declared that it is only through his leadership style based on results and service delivery that will characterize him and that no one will be able to determine his development movements or priorities across the country.

While addressing the mourners at the burial of late Ol Kalou MP David Njuguna Kiaraho, the president dismissed the claims that the Mount Kenya region has turned its back on him.

With great warmth, the President appealed to Nyandarua people to support the wide broad-based government, vowing to promote unity even when the opposition were raising voices of dissent.

Acaccording to Ruto, Kiaraho was a hardworking and principled person. He gave a commitment to continue on the work started by the late legislator, including the setting up of Nyandarua University and the tarmacking of main roads.

“Mheshimiwa David Kiaraho was not only a brother but also a great leader. His focus honesty commitment and development orientation were amazing.” said Ruto

Besides that, the president exhorted young leaders to resist fear and threats, and to do what is right for the coming generations.

He assured that his administration remains resolute in the promotion of national unity and the acceleration of development projects.
