Leading smart accessories brand Oraimo has unveiled an expanded smart technology ecosystem during the highly anticipated Oraimo Innovation Gala 2026 held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Nairobi.

The event brought together top technology distributors, wholesalers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), media representatives, and industry stakeholders to witness the company’s strategic transformation from a mobile accessories brand into a comprehensive lifestyle technology provider.

For years, oraimo has been recognized as Africa’s leading brand in True Wireless Stereo (TWS) audio devices and smart wearables.

However, the company used the gala to showcase its broader vision of delivering innovative technology solutions across multiple lifestyle categories.

Guests at the event explored various experiential zones featuring oraimo’s growing portfolio of products. These included the Power & Audio category showcasing fast-charging technologies, wireless speakers, and premium earbuds; the Smart Watch segment featuring both business-oriented and fitness-focused wearables; and the Personal Care range comprising advanced grooming devices such as Smart Zerogap, UltraTrim, and MasterCut Pro trimmers.

The company also introduced its expanding lifestyle-focused sub-brands, including oraimo Home, which offers products ranging from kitchen appliances and homeware to outdoor furniture, and oraimo Baby, which provides maternal and baby-care products such as breast pumps, feeding bottles, and sterilizers.

A key highlight of the evening was the official launch of the oraimo SpaceBuds 2 (OTW-631), the latest addition to the brand’s flagship audio lineup. Building on the success of the Space series, the new earbuds feature AI-powered functionalities, spatial audio technology, and a 52dB Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation system.

The SpaceBuds 2 have been professionally tuned by Grammy Award-winning mixing engineer Jesse Ray, known for his work on Burna Boy’s acclaimed album Twice as Tall. The earbuds also feature a distinctive “Lunar Eclipse” slide-open design that has attracted international attention.

Designed with local consumers in mind, the SpaceBuds 2 incorporate AI-powered features such as real-time Swahili-English translation, enabling users to communicate seamlessly in different environments while enjoying enhanced audio experiences.

Speaking during the event, oraimo Audio CEO Kevin Yuan said the company is focused on redefining consumer technology in Africa by creating an interconnected lifestyle ecosystem.”We are incredibly excited to bring this fully integrated flagship experience to our stakeholders and users across Kenya.

The oraimo Innovation Gala 2026 proves that we don’t follow rules; we create them. By expanding our category footprint into smart home, personal care, and maternal tech, we are delivering a smarter, holistic lifestyle ecosystem designed for today’s fast-paced African consumer,” Yuan said.

Beyond product launches, the gala underscored oraimo’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers through technical training, strategic collaborations, and business incentives aimed at driving growth across the regional market.

Following the launch, the oraimo SpaceBuds 2 and the company’s expanded product range will be available through oraimo stores, Hotpoint, Miniso, Carrefour, China Square, Panda Mart, China Village, and the company’s online marketplace.

Founded in 2014, oraimo has grown into a global smart accessories brand serving more than 200 million users worldwide, offering affordable and innovative products across audio, wearables, personal care, and smart home categories.
