Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has called on religious institutions to continue promoting peace, national unity and dialogue, saying faith remains a key pillar in fostering a stable and prosperous Kenya.
Speaking during a Sunday service at the African Israel Nineveh Church held at Westlands Primary School Grounds in Nairobi, Mudavadi said places of worship play a critical role in bringing Kenyans together and inspiring hope in communities.
He urged the church to continue strengthening national cohesion and encouraging dialogue across the country, noting that unity is essential for economic growth, investment and shared prosperity.
“Faith remains one of the strongest pillars of our nation, bringing people together and reinforcing the values of peace, unity and service,” Mudavadi said.
The Prime Cabinet Secretary said a united nation provides a strong foundation for development and creates an environment that attracts investment while improving the livelihoods of citizens.
Mudavadi was accompanied by Makadara Member of Parliament George Aladwa and several Nairobi Members of County Assembly during the church service.
His remarks come as leaders across the country continue to emphasize the role of religious institutions in promoting social harmony and peaceful coexistence amid ongoing national development efforts.
