KRA and Affordable Housing Board Announce Numerous Job Opportunities

The Affordable Housing Board and the KRA have announced job opportunities in different positions. These institutions are seeking to employ different categories of staff in various capacities.

Affordable Housing Board Job Opportunities

The Affordable Housing Board has announced 49 job opportunities in different capacities. This is in a move to strengthen its structure in the delivery of affordable housing to citizens in the country. Affordable Housing Board was formed in the last weeks of 2022 by President William Ruto to oversee the implementation of the affordable housing initiative in the country.

Job opportunities include Corporation Secretary, General Manager Fund Services, General Manager Internal Audit, Manager ICT, Manager Planning, Manager Human Resources, Architect, Urban Planner, Office Assistant, Driver, among others. These job opportunities have been announced to strengthen the structure of the Affordable Housing Board in the delivery of affordable housing to citizens in the country.

The application deadline is on the 17th of March at 5 pm. This should be done through the Affordable Housing Board online portal. One should attach their National ID, academic certificates, detailed CV including current salary, and three referees. Physical applications are not accepted.

KRA Vacancies

On the other hand, the Kenya Revenue Authority is seeking Deputy Commissioners and other specialized management staff across the revenue, research, and corporate planning departments. It’s also seeking technical staff in the digital communication department, data and big data operations department, and quality master data management department. This is with the aim of modernizing its systems and service delivery.

KRA is also promoting a fair recruitment policy and is encouraging applicants with disabilities, minority groups, and marginalized communities to apply.

Applications for the Deputy Commissioners’ position at the Kenya Revenue Authority close on the 24th of March. Similarly, all applications must be submitted online through the official portal for the Kenya Revenue Authority.

Applicant Warning

Both agencies also warn the applicants not to present any fake documents and not to provide false information. This will result in automatic disqualification and possible prosecution under the Public Officers Ethics Act.
