Israel Offers Scholarships opportunities for Kenyans

The Government of Israel has opened new opportunities for Kenyan students to receive postgraduate scholarships to study Sustainable Development and Community Empowerment. 

Applications are currently open for disenrolled students interested in a Master’s Degree in African Sustainable Communities at Ben Gurion University at Ashtod, Israel.

The program will bring together students from around the globe to explore the critical issues of sustainable development, social change, and community driven solutions currently affecting Africa.

The academic program examines the challenges and opportunities impacting different communities throughout Africa, while giving the students tools to assist with supporting future development.

“Application is now open for the Interdisciplinary Master’s Degree in African Sustainable Communities at Ben – Gurion University to all eligible students currently enrolled.” 

The Interdisciplinary Masters Degree program will provide a program that will allow students from different parts of the globe to develop practical and sustainable solutions to social, economic and political issues of concern for those located in Africa, while working to deliver projects and programs to support those communities prior to returning to graduate from their academic program.

Students selected will spend the first year of their studies at Ben – Gurion University in Israel, completing their second year through conducting field studies in the African community where their project or program will be implemented.
