Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has listed several corruption-related cases scheduled for hearing and rulings in court between March 9 and March 13, 2026.
Among the key cases is a judgment involving Odhiambo Ottoman Adel Walter, who is facing a suit seeking recovery of KSh11 million in irregular payments .
Another ruling will involve former Kenya Pipeline Company Managing Director Dr. Shem Ochuodho Odongo and three others accused of conspiracy to defraud in a KSh2 billion debt refinancing deal that allegedly caused losses of more than KSh286 million.
In a separate case, the commission is pursuing the forfeiture of unexplained assets worth KSh713.7 million linked to Felix Mecha Nyakundi and others.
Former Prisons Commissioner General Benjamin Obuya Njoga and 13 others are also set to appear in court over allegations of fraud and irregular acquisition of public property involving KSh302 million.
The cases will be heard mainly at the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court and Lodwar Law Court as part of efforts to combat corruption and recover public funds.
