In what demonstrate its industry presence and operational prowess, the insurer’s community activities and dedication to social impact earned it the title of Best Insurance Company in Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility.
Additionally, it was recognized as the Best Insurance Company in Product Distribution and Marketing, a testament to its efforts to provide easily accessible insurance solutions and conduct successful awareness campaigns.
In three crucial categories—fraud detection and prevention, risk management, and the major loss award—APA was also selected First Runners-Up, demonstrating its robust internal controls and adeptness in handling claims.
First Runners-Up for Life Insurer of the Year in the life insurance market were APA Life, while while highlighting consistency in service delivery by being recognized as Second Runners-Up in Customer Centric Underwriter – Life, a category in which it received two citations.
