The National Police Service has issued a statement following the unfortunate shooting of a mask seller in Nairobi CBD during anti-Albert Ojwang demonstrations.
In the statement, the police said the victim was rushed to the hospital and is currently receiving medical attention.
At the same time, the police announced that the officer who shot the trader has since been arrested per the immediate directive from the Inspector General of Police, Douglas Kanja.
