Kenyan comedian 2Mbili is once again causing a stir online after sharing a wild and hilarious account of how he was dramatically ejected from a commuter bus in Busia, Uganda. According to a post shared on his Instagram stories, the comedian found himself stranded late at night after passengers and the conductor responded to his jokes about the Ugandan shilling (UGX) by throwing him out of the vehicle.

2Mbili humorously explained that although the passengers enjoyed the joke, the conductor took it a little too personally. “Passengers had a good laugh & so is the conductor as he pushed me out of the 10pm bus!!” he wrote. Things escalated when a group of men outside the bus reportedly prevented him from boarding any other vehicle, insisting he had “crossed the boundary” with his comments. The comedian was left walking around until 1 a.m., joking that he looked—and officially was—homeless for the night.

Despite the dramatic twist, 2Mbili took everything in stride, even laughing at himself as he narrated the incident. He accompanied the story with emojis and assured Ugandans that he meant no harm. In fact, he jokingly apologized: “Talk of crossing the boundaries! AM SORRY UG,” he posted.

The comedian also announced that he plans to return to Uganda soon for what he calls an Apology Comedy Night, set to take place next week. He hinted that more details will be shared soon, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the humorous reconciliation.
