The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has opened a 24-hour window for members to lodge disputes arising from its ward-level grassroots elections held in five counties.
In a notice dated October 3, 2026, the party’s Electoral and Nomination Dispute Resolution Committee (ENDRC) said it will receive, hear and determine complaints relating to the elections.
The notice follows the conclusion of the ward-level grassroots elections in Kisii County on October 2, while polls in Kericho, Bungoma, Wajir and Baringo counties were concluded on October 3.
According to the committee, all electoral disputes must be submitted within 24 hours after the declaration of results or a nomination decision that forms the basis of the complaint.
UDA said disputes can be lodged electronically through the email address provided by the ENDRC.The committee, chaired by Dr Adrian Kamotho, will handle complaints arising from the grassroots electoral process as the party moves to address any disputes following the conclusion of the ward-level polls.
The party urged members with grievances to follow the stipulated timelines and procedures when submitting their complaints for consideration.
