The 2024 National Sevens Circuit (NSC) gets underway in Nakuru with the Prinsloo 7s, launching what promises to be two thrilling months of fast-paced rugby sevens action.
The opening leg will be staged at Nakuru Athletic Club on July 25–26 before the circuit moves to Jomo Kenyatta Stadium in Kisumu for the Dala 7s on August 1–2.
After a short break, the series resumes in Nairobi with the George Mwangi Memorial Kabeberi 7s, followed a week later by the Driftwood 7s in Mombasa on August 22–23.
September action begins in Embu with the Embu 7s on September 6–7, before the circuit concludes in Nairobi at the RFUEA Grounds with the Christie 7s.
The NSC offers a key platform for the country’s top sevens talent to shine and boost their prospects of earning a national team call-up.
Defending champions KCB Rugby will be aiming to retain their crown after finishing last season with 126 points, 18 clear of runners-up Strathmore University Leos.
