Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has emphasized the government’s commitment to effective service delivery, legislative alignment, and international diplomacy, following the conclusion of the Third Cabinet Retreat and Mid-Term Review held at the KCB Leadership Centre in Karen.

Speaking during the retreat, which brought together President William Ruto, Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, Cabinet Secretaries, and senior government officials, Mudavadi said the high-level gathering was a timely opportunity to assess Kenya Kwanza’s progress and recalibrate for the future.

“We took stock of the milestones achieved over the past two and a half years, examined emerging national and global challenges, and engaged in honest dialogue on how to fast-track implementation across all sectors,” said Mudavadi.

He highlighted the critical role played by the State Departments for National Government Coordination and Parliamentary Affairs in harmonizing policy implementation and legislative agendas.

He also pointed to renewed momentum in Foreign and Diaspora Relations, following the launch of Kenya’s revised Foreign Policy and Diaspora Policy in December 2024 and March 2025.

Under the theme “Charting the Course Ahead,” the retreat reaffirmed the administration’s “Whole-of-Government” approach, emphasizing unity, accountability, and tangible results.

“As we enter the second half of our term, we are committed to closing implementation gaps, adapting with agility, and delivering on the promises made to the people of Kenya,” Mudavadi added.
