Former Deputy President H.E Rigathi Gachagua has publicly mourned the sudden demise of Zacharia Katriuki alias Mr KK Mwenyewe. H.E Gachagua expressed his sorrow in a heartfelt message on his social media platforms. on his facebook page, he wrote,
“I have this morning woken up to the sad demise of Mr. Zachariah Kariuki alias Mr. KK Mwenyewe, a content creator per excellence and inspiration to many,”
He described KK as a young, consistent and resilient man. He also recognized his ability to use humour for connection. Mr KK rose to prominence for mimicking the former Deputy President Gachagua. He resonated with audiences across all walks of life. Mr. KK, a young, consistent, and resilient young man, used comedy to communicate simple and creative messages to all Kenyans and spoke to our hearts.
H.E. Gachagua wrote, “I send my deepest sympathies to his family and his friends at this difficult moment.I especially I condole the creative industry on the loss of a champion whose creative eye lives with us for days to come.May his soul rest in eternal peace, and God grant his family peace..”
Mr. KK Mwenyewe recently graduated from Kisii University and is recognized as a rising comedy stars in Kenya’s digital entertainment industry.
