Hon. Gathoni Wamuchomba, the Member of Parliament for Githunguri Constituency, has successfully rolled out a transformative school feeding program that is now providing daily meals to thousands of learners across the constituency.
Under her visionary leadership, all day public primary and day secondary schools in Githunguri are now feeding daily, serving approximately 30,000 meals every day.
This remarkable achievement has been made possible through the partnership between the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG CDF) and Food for Education.
The lawmaker believes that education is the ultimate equalizer.
