Milcah Nyokabi alias Nyoxx wa Katta, a former Inooro FM presenter, has declared that she will be running for the Juja parliamentary seat in the 2027 General Election.
Nyokabi expressed this position for the first time on Friday, November 6, 2026, by posting to her Facebook page through which she announced her intention to be the spokesperson of the people living within Kiambu County.
Speaking about her parliamentary race, the ex-radio presenter said she felt a calling from God to go out to serve the people of Juja and has called on residents to rally behind her in her quest.
“There was no doubt in her life when the Lord commands, He leadeth. When He talks we obey, ” she wrote.
“We are also encouraging residents to take it upon themselves to develop this constituency because if they work together, we will make Juja better, ” she added.
“Eager to serve, with humility, responsibility, and conviction I, Nyoxx hereby offer myself to serve you as Juja MP 2027, ” said Nyokabi.
She also appealed for prayers and support as she prepares to enter the political arena.
Her announcement follows increased political activity since launching her bid for the 2027 General Elections that saw Gachagua’s foray into the murky political world this year through, Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) that previously declared former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s preferred candidate for the Juja parliamentary seat.
Nyokx’s entry could therefore add another dimension to the political contest in the constituency.
