American actor and singer Tyrese Gibson has officially announced his way to Nairobi, Kenya setting fans excited for his visit.
The announcement, made at an airport documenting his trip, shared his enthusiasm for the long journey ahead, saying: I’m on my way to Nairobi…Nairobi Africa.”
His visit is part of his Africa tour across the continent, having currently visited Uganda, where he met with President Yoweri Museveni and engaged with the country’s tourism initiatives and participated in activities in the coffee industry and cultural heritage.
He visited South Africa before going to Uganda,where he made headlines at the Ndlala Grandeur II R&B festival in Pretoria.
His visit underscores Nairobi’s growing reputation as a hub for international stars wanting to experience Kenya. His arrival is expected to draw hundreds of people, with speculation about his performance or collaborations with local artists.
Tyrese played role in acting in the Fast & Furious, Baby Boy, Four Brothers and Transformers. He is also an author, philanthropist and an entrepreneur, with projects spanning film production, community initiatives and motivational speaking.
He is expected to perform at the Coffee Concert on October 3, 2026, in Ntungamo, Uganda.
