Political analyst Charles Mwangi has called on Kenyans to focus more on economic progress and national development rather than political rhetoric.
Mwangi said Kenyans should support President William Ruto in delivering on his campaign manifesto, while urging citizens to work together and support those entrusted with leadership.
“Let us focus on economic progress, not rhetoric politics. We should support Ruto to achieve his campaign manifestos. We should work in unity and support those in leadership,” Mwangi said.
The political analyst argued that political differences should not overshadow the country’s need to pursue economic growth, job creation, investment and improved livelihoods.
Mwangi urged Kenyans to give the Government room to implement its development agenda while continuing to hold leaders accountable for their promises and performance.
He also called for unity among citizens, saying cooperation and collective effort are necessary to address the country’s economic challenges and create opportunities for the population.
According to Mwangi, the national conversation should increasingly centre on practical economic issues and development rather than political divisions and rhetoric.
He maintained that supporting development initiatives and working with leaders does not mean abandoning accountability, but rather creating an environment where national projects and economic programmes can deliver meaningful benefits to Kenyans.
