Aisha Jumwa Meets UDA Officials to Bolster Party Presence in Kilifi

Former Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa Karisa Katana on Tuesday held a meeting with United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Secretary General Senator Hassan Omar Hassan at the party’s headquarters, Hustler Plaza.

The team discussed various s strategies aimed at strengthening the party’s presence in Kilifi County ahead of the 2027 General Election.

The meeting was also attended by UDA Executive Director Nicodemus Bore and focused on enhancing the party’s visibility, reinforcing grassroots structures, and expanding mobilization efforts across the county.

According to UDA, the leaders deliberated on measures to strengthen party structures, intensify grassroots engagement, and promote unity among members as the ruling party gears up for the next General Election.

Speaking during the meeting, Secretary General Hassan Omar reiterated that the Coast region remains committed to the Broad-Based Government and expressed confidence that the region will continue supporting President William Ruto’s administration.

He further said the region is expected to rally behind President Ruto and back his re-election bid in the 2027 General Election.
